It is a robust solution for multi channel synchronization central inventory management system. I am sure you will like it once you see it. I created for a Texas-based refurbishment company. Sales orders are automatically pulled from multiple sales channels and adjusted with a central inventory, and the updated quantity is pushed back to the sales channels. Also, product purchase, grading, staff point system, sales charts, repair charts, generate SKUs based on product attributes etc. are done automatically.

The main objective of this project is to enable paperless quarterly appraisal submission by the user and its checking and approval by the designated management authority. This will be very useful for organizations with a large number of employees.

Here, some basic question categories can be set and multiple choice and text description options can be created in their subsections which can be done by the admin. Individual users will submit their appraisal once per quarter and their designated manager will check it in their account dashboard. If the manager feels it is necessary, he will give permission to edit it (in which case the user can edit it and resubmit) or approve it.
